Sige can develop a product from a concept to the completion of market-ready samples. We specialise in apparel, soft goods, and sewn products for multiple applications. Our Prototype development process is an adaptive mix of design insight and technical expertise.
We provide low minimum production with the capability to produce up to 50,000 pieces per style. We have a high level experience of making pyjamas, which includes babydoll, pyjamas sets/tops/pants, classic sets, sleep tees, intimate, gown, robe, maternity. Also we have many years of experience of dealing with various of fabric materials, such as silk, polyester, cotton, viscose, chiffon, fleece and CVC/TC.
Our dedicated team has a high level of product knowledge, problem solving and documentation skills, which can be demonstrated by resolving and suggesting product and service questions. We also maintains records by updating customer adjustments and needs.
Sige has the ability to source a wide variety of materials. From various fabrics, labels and trims, illustrations, we have working relationships with many vendors and a thorough knowledge of the fabric industry.
We offer technical packages that include illustrations and specification sheets with key measurements to be used for overseas production, quality assurance, and sizing charts.
As unit prices vary from different fabrics, so that we provide free fabric samples to interested customers to assist you to get a good idea of fabric quality. However, due to the size and nature of our company, we may need to charge you on shipment, and terms and conditions may apply.
